Decrease space signature

by Plz Decrease the space for a signature by a large amount. Its terrible to scroll to the right and under just because the signature are huge, then they wrote 2 words... ( experienced long time moderator myself ^^ )

Maybe, I'm just saying that some siggs may be gigantic for a 640x resolution user, but ok to look at for a 1024x resolution user.
Albiet I agree with you if you meant that people just have looooooong sigs for the purpose to annoy people.
